When you fill in a form on this website (Contact Us and Product Enquiry), we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, company name, city or location, the product or category you are interested in, and your message. You do not have to fill in any form to browse the website.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our servers and service providers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of the visit. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. It sets cookies in your browser for this purpose.
We do not ask for passwords, bank or card details, health information or other sensitive personal data through this website.
2. Why we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, send you a quotation or product details, connect you with a dealer or our sales team, process a dealership application, improve the website, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your personal information. We send you marketing messages only if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.
3. Who we share it with
Your enquiry goes to the Nippon Enterprises South staff and sales representatives who handle it, and, where you ask to buy, to an authorised dealer near you. We also use service providers who process data for us: Kinsta (website hosting), Cloudflare (security, spam protection and delivery), and Google (email and analytics). They may store data outside India. We share information with government authorities only when the law requires it.
4. Cookies
The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work and for security, and Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without analytics cookies.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and for any longer period that the law requires. We then delete them.

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, a web application firewall and access controls on the systems that hold your data. Only staff who need your information to handle your enquiry can see it.
